Well shoot - I missed this! Last spring I set out to learn chin-ups, and started at being able to do exactly zero (husband acted as assistant until I could do one unassisted), and a couple of months later I could do 4 all by myself I need to get started on that again.
Well, keep up the work whether or not the challenge is on. Going from 0 to 4 is good progress!
