First real PR in a while. Overhead press 105#. Previous best was 100# set a couple of years ago.

Tried to go for a few PRs this week

Hang Cleans: 97kg/215lbsx3
Front Squat: 110kg/240lbsx6
Press: 60kg/130lbsx5
Hang Snatch: 68kg/150lbsx5
Incline Bench: 77kg/170lbsx5 (theoretical 1RM = 90kg = 1,0xbw)
Deadlift: 153kg/335lbsx5 (theoretical 1RM = 180kg = 2,0xbw)

OHP: 150, then 151.5

About 2 1/2 years ago I weighed 160 and could only bench 150, less than my body weight.

Today I posted an OHP larger than my original bench max. That is satisfying.

Squat: 325

Went for 335 and came pretty close but missed.

No pics of the lift, but here are those nice 3 plates on the big 55# Texas bar.

Would that be raw or equipped Hoose?

So you beat your DL by 51 pounds? That sounds like noobie gains! Man. Keep it up.

I don't know how much of the difference should be attributed to gear, but the other numbers sound like big increases to me, too!
