It's probably a case that Crossfit is similar to the training MMA fighters use, not the other way around.

There are some similarities, but also some important differences. For example, MMA fighters spend a lot of time developing specific skills, sparring and grappling.

that makes sense. my friend still believes many MMA fighters do crossfit. he also came up with some strange websites where MMA fighters sell equipment for crossfit.

One of my friends had a viewing party and we got a bunch of beers and $h1t to watch at his house. Some of the early matches were okay but the main event was maybe a little over a minute. I don't know much about MMA but I also don't know much about, say, basketball and it's more fun to watch.

I was also considering that it seems he's a bit wavering on his emotional commitment as well.
