2 cool new exercises

this crazy bridge thing is much harder than it looks and really seems to warm up/activate your whole body. Feels great. Really exposes weak links in the movement chain.

Hi dudes, well I did that first crazy bridge in that article and I don't feel anything at all. And now I'm sitting very very much (not in front of the computer or similar) so I wouldn't expect something great from that exercise. I even checked now again, and I'm using good technique.
Maybe it works only if you are really ruined or something...
I apologize to everyone I've enraged. I'll try to correct myself.
