I can't remember if it is KP or Kenny Croxdale that sings the praises of the reverse grip bench, but now you have some company:

It was Kenny Croxdale. His opinion is that the RGBP hits the upper chest better than incline bench presses. You can read his post here.

It feels a little awkward, but the exercise is a lot easier on both the shoulders and elbows than the standard BP. The late Anthony Clark set records benching with the reverse grip, so you can go heavy- if you dare! :evil:
