The Only 5 Stretches You Need

Hi guys, I'm looking to increase my general flexibility and mobility by performing a few stretches everyday.

I found this article on what they believe to be the only stretches you need ... 67319.html

To me they seem like legit stretches, I couldn't argue that they aren't the top 5, but how they say they are the definite top 5 you only need, I don't know :scratch: Now a suppose, my top 5 stretches could be different to the next person, and the next person due to the fact the top 5 stretches surely relate to you're own personal fitness goals.

I suppose a couple of goals of mine include; elongating the spine, de-stressing, improve posture.

I'm going to go to a yoga class at my local gym Wednesday and would like to have a bit more flexibility by then :smile:

Google 'Limber 11'. Great routine for the lower body by Joe DeFranco.
