It depends on your purpose. jlmoss is not far off. Healthy would be in the 120-180 range, although less than 140 would be skinny like a fashion model. More than 180 would require drugs to achieve at that degree of leanness. 150-160 is likely a good target to look fit and still normal.

I'm not sure I agree with this. It depend a lot on factors like bone structure and muscle building genetics.

PS.) Rather than setting a somewhat arbitrary target bodyweight, you may be better off setting more general goals like building muscle or losing fat. Then, as you get closer to where you want to be, you can fine-tune your goals.

You're right, I'm wrong. I was going by the FFMI of 25 rule. This would put the limit at 180. If you assume a very large bone structure, according to Casey Butt's calculator, you could hit 200.

This might help you:
(apparently I can't post links)

Google "maximum muscular potential calculator"
or go to the Weightrainer (dot) net website and they have several calculators that might help you.
It's not an exact science, but its pretty close usually.
ex. I have much larger muscular legs then they say is my "max potential" but it gives you an idea what to shoot for.

I'm 5'6 174lbs @ 13% BF
trying for 175-180lbs at 10%
Hope that helps.
