I am trying to start a preseason strength and conditioning program for a college quarterback and I am unsure whether or not the fitness testing I have selected to perform before hand will be beneficial. Can you guys take a look at my list and see if these tests will be helpful?
-> Shoulder and Wrist Flexibility testing
->Grip strength test
--> Hip rotation flexibility testing
--> Spinal rotation test
--> Klatt test
--> Vertical Jump (unsure about whether this is truly necessary)
--> rotational power ball throw
--> 40 yd dash
--> 20 yd shuttle run (pro-agility)
--> core muscle strength test
