Performed at a 45-degree angle, pulling to the waist with a medium, overhand grip.

Thank you Sir. Just pulled 345 from the floor/Deadlift. Previous hevy pull was 325. Felt good, was a struggle to lock out but felt like I kept my lower back in check the whole way up. I thought I was going to drop it before I locked out. I'll have to start with a little extra grip work.

There were three young guys training nearby while I was ramping up. ... They came over while I was resting between sets, and I think they assumed I was squatting until I lifted the barbell off the rack and pressed it overhead for an easy single. The deer-in-headlights look one gave me was priceless.
