Bench Press 200x5
Beats 195x5 a few months ago when I was about 10 lbs heavier. Nice!

Re: Personal Best Log
Holy freaking cow.
Squat: 335 at bw 175
That's fifteen pounds less body weight than previous pr of 325 in April.
Also, first 1 Rep PR since the "life event" referenced here: http://www.exrx.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=9488" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Nice work.
Re: Personal Best Log
Front Squat 1 x130kg (286lbs)
Didn't make it to 140k. But still a 15kg improvement from last december. How about you robert? The bar is now set
Bodyweight is 80kg at the moment with around 13% BF (measured)

Deadlift 605lbs (cause I didn't want to mess around with 2.5lb plates)
Straps, no belt.
1st attempt I got off the floor but then the grip in my left hand failed. Second attempt was with straps and went up without a hitch. I'd guess I have anywhere from 20-50 more lbs possible. But not going to push it.
600lb deadlift has been a goal for more than 5 years.
Finally nailed it!!

Re: Personal Best Log
Bench 190x8
Beats 190x6 set 3 weeks ago.
I don't normally track PR's over 5 reps anymore, but this one stunned me. Making a 2 rep increase in 3 weeks has never happened to me, and I've been at about 190x5 for two years.
On bench this does NOT translate to a higher 1RM for me at all without significant technique work. But I'm still very happy about it.

Re: Personal Best Log
Back squat 555lbs x 1
Re: Personal Best Log

Last week
Squat 365x1 (moving close to 1000 total!)
Press 145x1 I've tried for 145x1 a couple times and failed. Finally just said screw it, the weights not being racked until it goes to full extension. Very happy with this one.
Re: Personal Best Log
365 Deadlift! Trainer said it would have passed in competition.
Then pulled 385 and locked it out. Trainer said it wouldn't have passed in competition though.
Either one of them is a lifetime PR, so...

Did he say why it wouldn't have counted?
