A quick intro

Post by miller » Mon Jul 14, 2014 4:45 am

Hello!

I've been around this excellent website for about 3-4 years. ExRx has been my online exercise hub and place to get quick and important points about proper ways to do a workout. I lost about 20kg of fat in the process, quit smoking and changed other things... Also, I am constantly working on new goals (or trying to).

So, I'm not really that new, but I look forward to see what's the forum about and be part of a workout community. :)

Cheers!
