I only do weighted leg press three times a week, high reps low weight. I include basically a calf raise at the end of each lift. I do this only on my bad leg. On off days I'll do stair steps up and down for as many as I can along with working the supporting muscle in the legs but all body weight at this time. I may between the weights and the off days work them 5 times a week is this to much? Can I do them everyday? The biggest thing is my inability to go up an down stairs.
