Conditioning: 200 mile motorcycle ride into work. Was pressed for time so didn't get my walk in... riding isn't the easiest though, especially for 200 miles at a time.

Missed this workout. Had a team of contractors in the townhouse next to my rental going at it on the adjoining wall. Absolutely, no sleep. Yeah, just another excuse but I was pretty much worthless this day. Even my ear plugs wouldn't work.
