I dont really have "cheat meals". I have my macros that i fulfill. I mostly eat heatlthy, but some day i eat, lets say a pizza. I will then build my day around that to fill my macros. Atm i aim for 2.5k kcal a day. 200g of carbs and protein and rest of it fat(nuts,olive,coconut,tuna oil)
Well i think that 200g both carbs and protein is good for someone like me. I know guys as big as me taking a bit less even. + getting this much protein from food can get tricky. For example, i normally take 2 scoops of whey, 10 egg whites, chicken, tuna, low fat cheese,greek yoghurt like thing + other small things.
