When performing biceps curls, hammer or supinated I get a burning sensation in the bicep which travels to the forearm and into the thumb, right side
Any suggestions plz

For what it's worth, (ie I'm not a doctor or have any medical/scientific training) your symtoms sound similar to ones I had. I had a burning sensation mostly when rotating my forearm or contracting the bicep at particular angles. It turned out I had a torn distal bicep tendon, which required surgery to repair. I suspect I tore it while deadlifting, as that is not an uncommon injury.
Hope you find out what ails you.
