Obviously, they have a place and are quite versatile. But what makes them so different than say a Dumbbell of the same weight?
Is it the attached handle that is offset from the actual weight?
Is it just the balance of the kettlebell itself.
I see a lot of lifts/movements where people are using kettlebells, and it looks like a simple Dumbbell would work just as well.
If Kettlebells are just better, could the same affect be achieved by attaching an offset handle to my dumbbells? Or maybe a Rope/chain handle??
