Dynamic Stretching with Neural Flossing Video

BEST Low Back Stretch also known as Neural Tension Mobilisation, Flossing Neural Pathways and Gliding. Effective simple standing drills you can do anywhere. Great for low back pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, post rehab herniated discs, hamstring tendinosis and calf pain. These exercises may compliment your current routine, be sure to check first with your primary care physician.
