Any advice greatly appreciated
My main training programme is basically Madcow 5x5. Which has worked really nicely especially for squat and bp, but I find my heavy set of 5 deadlifts very challenging above 210kg - and have not made any real progress for quite some time (getting to 220 is ever illusive, for several years now).
Am I just being lazy wanting to drop reps on the heaviest set or is there something else that might be sensible to try?
Edit: BW is around 90-93kg
