So, I was doing some leg exercises about a week ago and ever since I have had a problem with my left knee. I didn't feel anything during the exercise, but the next day my left knee started feeling weak and ever since I have been in panic mode. Now the knee doesn't hurt but I can feel my knee and it always feels like its very very weak. When I warm it up, which I did 2 times playing soccer the weakness goes away and I can't feel anything but when it cools down afterwards the weakness comes back.
Also when I put my legs up in the air and move the leg at the joint I hear a crack, just as if you were cracking your finger joints, in my left knee but nothing in my right. Has anybody ever experienced this and does anybody know what my problem could be and what I can do to fix it?
I have been resting it for 3 days now and its still feeling weak.
