I currently run my 1 1/2 miles at about 15 mins, 13-14 mins if I push it. My goal is to push it down to 12 mins. I need to drop it down this low within 2 weeks or so. I currently life weights M-W-F and cardio/run T-T-S. I am willing to alter my schedule for the next 2 weeks in order to accompish this goal, I just need guidance. How do you suggest I plan my next 2 weeks, how often should I run and what speed on the treadmill, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
