Re: Journal Comments for Matt Z
I woke up with a sore shoulder on Monday, so I ended up doing Sled Leg Presses and Trap-bar Jumps instead of Front Squats and High Pulls. Today, I did a light upper-body workout consisting of Military Presses, Kettlebell Swings and Close-grip Pull-downs. My shoulder is feeling much better, but not quite 100% yet.

PS) I use Conventional Deadlifts on my heavy days (working sets of 1-3 reps), and Straight-leg Deadlifts on light days (sets of 5 or more).

PS) As before I plan on using Conventional Deadlifts for my heavy days and Straight-leg Deadlifts the rest of the time. I plan on going heavy once every 2-4 weeks.
