I have now determined that 25mm galvanized pipe is about the size of a standard bar. I have some 32mm PVC, that will just slip over it, that I will use as a grip and inner stop for the weights. The spring locks from the standard bars will hold the weights on just right. So for you who live outside of N America and have access to metric-sized pipe, make some DB handles.

Interesting....thanks for the info.
Money has been tight....so I haven't gotten any prices on getting the local steel place making a set for me. I'll post here when I do.

Hours are okay so far, kinda $h1t but not too bad yet.
I have had a couple smokes since June, and a couple cigars. Maybe 5-7 all told between the two. So yeah I been staying away pretty good.

lol....point taken.
Actually work is busy as hell these days....and it couldn't have come sooner. Last year was crap....I made about a third of my average....barely paying bills. Now I am booked out for almost 2 months and bidding like crazy....good times are here again! But it does make it tough to workout some days....and me and my girl are getting a tad more serious.....so there's is more time spent away from weights. Not complaining though!

On the T-Bars:
I notice when I'm goin super strict form. (2plates-4plates) I end up hitting my upper back, with a more bent over stance.
Once I relax on form and stand up a bit more I feel it more in my lower lats/mid back.
So what your hitting is going to depend on your stance.

Glad to be back.....and thanks!
I've been tinkering with 20 reps for a little while, and I think I will do them more often. Muscle fatigue isn't as big a factor and just being able to breathe....lol. Rep 15 is when I start losing my breath.....and the last couple...well, I just can't breathe.
