I wasn't sure where to submit suggestions for the website, so I just posted here.
I have been self managing an injury and have felt the muscle/exercise diretory extremely helpful.
The static stretches suggestions in the right column for each muscle are great. However, I think the website would be even better if it also listed dynamic stretches. I understand they are less likely to isolate the target muscle, but will still have their place in pre-workout warmups and mobility work.
