Nitric Oxide

Has anyone ever taken something with nitric oxide in it? does that stuff work???? and is it possible to get in a form without caffeine??? Like just the nitric oxide by itself???

I've never used it, but from what I hear it's a total sham. I wouldn't bother if I were you.

Really, the only supplements you might need (especially as a beginner) are just a protein shake and a fish oil supplement. You don't even really need the protein shake if your diet is high enough in protein without it, and the fish oil supplement is more just a general health supplement that you should be taking even if you don't lift weights.

If you go way back in the forums, you'll see that I used to use NoXplode. From experience I'll tell you it is a total waste of money.

If you are constipated you have to use yesXplode. But with a name like that don't expect gentle overnight relief.

Get monohydrate, not ethyl ester. Many have success with it. It's normally found in red meat so people eating a lot of red meat usually don't need it. Otherwise, you probably will benefit from it. If you're a vegetarian, you need it.
