(In case you're not joking:) I don't have access to the full article so I have no idea about the quantities involved, but IIRC 2 Brazil nuts a day is all you need selenium-wise, and more than that is considered unhealthy.Jungledoc wrote:I"m heading out to buy me some CoQ10 and selenium!
