A healthy eating plan gives your body the nutrients it needs every day. Eating plans that receive 1200-1500 calories each day will help most bodies lose weight safely.
-Diet can also refer to the food & drink a person consumes daily.
-A healthy diet plan includes lean meats, poultry and nuts.
-Controls portion sizes etc.
